Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Dealing with customer carriers and interacting with DHL transport and operational teams in both UK and EU,
• Generating weekly, daily and/or multi period deck and returns plans for inbound / outbound freight for DHL Client in Nitra in line with the agreed capacity, budget and service levels,
• Incorporating agreed constraints and capacities in the inbound and outbound deck plans,
• Maintaining relationships to implement and establish high, reliable and on time delivery and collection performance and to respond to inquiries / requests of a moderate difficulty level from suppliers, carriers, customer, etc. (internal & external),
• Accurate and timeous recording and capturing of data,
• Preparation and distribution of reports,
• Work on shifts.
