Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your responsibilities on the SHQE & BCM Manager role will be:
To support DHL's Vision, Strategic Objectives and to implement and maintain Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality Standards & BCM,
Manage, collaborate and influence (internal and external) stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and success within the responsible field,
Aligns with / follows through on global programs thus meeting global standards in his/her group of sites,
Member of the management team and actively participates within this team,
Manage facility teams (dotted line, centrally allocated resources) within the areas of SHEQ & BCM,
Actively follow and stay aligned with the standards, programs, act actively upon it and identify, implement and promote the best practices within the field,
Participate in customer meetings in special situations to promote the SHEQ/BCM agenda and to promote the plan or progress,
Implementation and maintenance of Path to Quality Management Standards throughout the sites (ISO9001),
Implementation and maintenance of Integrated H&S Management Standards throughout the sites (OSHAS18001),
Implementation of the Transport Safety, Fleet and Yard/Workshop areas (ISO39001).

Experience of SHEQ Management Standards - audit and implementation,
English and Slovak language – fluent (written and spoken),
Hungarian language is an advantage,
Leadership capability, also the ability to manage / influence through dotted line teams,
Team skills, and the ability to work effecitvely within the community network,
Stimulates and inspires to a culture of Continuous Improvement,
Change manager, challenger,
Focus on internal and external stakeholders and processes.
