Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have experience with compensation and benefit agenda and enjoy working on an independent role? We are opening a new position of Reward and Benefit Specialist, who will implement compensation & benefit programs and coordinate alignment of employee pay levels with the external & internal value of jobs as well as employees performance.

Main responsibilities:
 Supports Year-End processes in country,
 Country HR reporting activities,
 Country benefits processing,
 Country Job catalogue and Role profiles library maintenance,
 Support RCS Grading process on country level,
 Supporting C&B CoE and be maint point of contact fo C&B CoE,
 Provide advice to managers and employees on the remuneration policies and practices,
 Assist Business HR with planning, developing and maintaining C&B solutions and programs,
 Communicate effectively with external vendors or suppliers,
 Analyze C&B activities to identify trends and areas for process improvement,
 Develop proposals for C&B service improvements that will deliver higher quality and/or lower cost,
 Implement necessary process changes in partnership with CoE and BPO.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

 Experience with C&B agenda,
 English and Slovak language - fluent,
 MS Office – advanced user,
 Ability to work independently,
 Business understanding,
 Excellent spoken and written communication skills,
 Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
