Do you like communication and are you also detail oriented? Do you have overview about all HR processes? We are searching for sensible, initiative and independent colleague who will be able to cover most of HR processes in our site in Gáň. If you find yourself in this, send us your CV!

• Time and attendance data accuracy check,
• Time and attendance administrator,
• Training records,
• Preparation of labor law documents,
• Ordering and distributing meal vouchers and pay slips with cooperation of Payroll department,
• Takes active part in supporting performance, motivational and exit interviews,
disciplinary interviews etc…,
• Cooperates on implementation of internal rules and procedures,
• Cooperates on documentation of health injuries,
• Checks and pre-approves suppliers invoices (agencies, transportation, catering,
health provider, employee insurances),
• Handles communication with agencies,
• Communicates with external institutions (Labour inspection, Labor office (UPSVaR)).

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration,
• Basic knowledge of Labour Code - essential,
• English language – advanced,
• Knowledge of computer skills ( MS Outlook, Word, Excel) – advanced,
• Comunications skills (written and spoken),
• Customer orientation,
• Presentation skills,
• Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.
