Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Drive continuous improvement, deliver savings and deliver better quality of processes,
Manage stock integrity, leading stock integrity teams, and take responsibility on (by) annual stock takes and daily cycle count processes,
Analyzing stock integrity results, driven from WMS data, advise and report continuous improvements to meet KPI and increase overall quality,
Informing and support to higher management, adherence to rules and procedures of customer and DHL Logistics,
Costs saving opportunities identifying and efficient solutions for its realisation development,
Strategy, tactics and operation procedures creation,
Responsible for immediate and proper informing in respect of every serious deviation from expected plan,
Customer composition - position is in interaction, communication, negotiation with different customer units - departments (Human resources, Operative logistics, Training centre, Premises guarding, PR...) on different levels in English requiring flexibility and pro - customer approach,
Create and manage the continuous improvement / productivity pipeline and challenge management based on predefined action list and pipeline,
Advise management and address issues/challenges regarding the operations or processes,
Participate in customer meetings in special situations to promote the continious improvement agenda and to promote the plan or progress,
Business development, management of client relationship,
Set up and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) so as to meet contractual terms and conditions and company expectations,
Responsibility for all issues related to the IMS (quality, environment, health and safety, BCM),
Cooperate with other DHL warehouses in order to ensure maximum effectiveness and the best management,
Champions/leads/sponsors change projects,
Manage a team through coaching, development, performance management etc.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Leadership capability, also the ability to manage / influence through dotted line teams,
Entrepreneur, change manager, challenger,
Focus on internal and external stakeholders and processes,
Experience of operational line management in the supply chain business,
Experienced to manage stock integrity, leading stock integrity teams, and take responsibility on (by) annual stock takes and daily cycle count processes,
Experienced with analyzing stock integrity results, driven from WMS data (prefer. SAP), advise and report continuous improvements to meet KPI and increase overall quality,
Project management skills,
Experience of lean methodology and a continuous improvement approach,
Experience with financial management / profit and loss management,
Experience with customer relationship management,
Experience in technology supply chain solutions.
