• Support recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process, from verbal brief, candidate sourcing and assessment, compiling shortlist, to verbal offer and feedback,
• Identify suitable candidate pools and sourcing channels, advertising,
• Conduct selection telephone interviews based on the best fit methodology,
• Conduct best practice selection and testing methods and follow through with candidate feedback,
• Arrange face to face interviews with Hiring Managers for selected candidates,
• Deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates,
• Maintain appropriate levels of contact and communication with candidates during the recruitment process which supports DHL’s “employers of choice” status irrespective of final outcome, maintenance of employment brand,
• Provide recruitment and selection advice to recruiting managers inline with the resourcing strategy,
• Provide support for additional recruitment activity e.g. recruitment fairs and open days, and other resourcing events as appropriate either in a physical presence to run the day or consultative guidance.
