Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Track and expedite inbound / outbound vehicles for Green field plant in Nitra,
• Ensure vehicle turn around times are met as per the deck plan and all delays / issues are escalated to the relevant stakeholders in a timeous and professional manner,
• Record and measure carrier performance against the planned arrival / delivery times and generate relevant KPIs to support,
• Update KPIs/ dock plans, reasons for late/ early arrival and any delays are recorded,
• Answer queries in relation to question about ETA's, dates and times from DHL, Customer and Customer service providers. Responding to queries within the agreed SLA in a professional manor,
• Work with internal and external operational teams to resolve any delivery / loading delays,
• To identify, solve and report operational inconsistencies, problems and delays and where applicable escalate to senior management,
• Complete any documentation required in relation to late deliveries or request from the customer for deliveries to be pulled forward,
• Accurate and timeous recording and capturing of data,
• Adhere to company rules regulations and legislation relating to occupational health and safety, the environment and risk management,

• EU auto operational experience,
• EU Legislation (Driving times, Driving Restrictions, Hazardous goods),
• Previous experience in a similar role,
• Strong and effective organizational skills,
