Job description, responsibilities and duties

The place of work is in Budapest, Hungary.

Professionally answers customer queries: mainly in written form by e-mails, orders, online chats, occasionaly phone calls,
Provides professional technical support to consumers based on strong product knowledge,
Uses customer's and self owned systems according to the customers work instruction,
Follows up emails, queries/orders/deliveries according to the customers work instruction,
Investigates problematic cases, shipments, requests,
Communicates with central/local/satellite warehouses, escalates issues to higher level,
Checks and solves issues escalated by the customer.

NO WORK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY AS WELL!

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Czech - Upper intermediate (B2) or Dutch - Upper intermediate (B2) or Polish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Italian - Upper intermediate (B2) or Portuguese - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Fluency in English or a combination of English and any of the following languages: German/French/Spanish/Portuguese/Dutch/Czech/Polish/Italian,
Secondary education (College or university degree is an advantage),
Very strong customer focus,
Good communication skills,
PC literacy , especially in Excel,
SAP system knowledge is an advantage,
Team work and dynamic approach,
Office hours.
