Job description, responsibilities and duties
Supports the customer facing organization by:
- Preparing quotations /pricing and contracts for our customers for Air and Ocean freight solutions,
- Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents,
- Supporting the customer planning and implementation process,
- Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales leads,
- Analyzing Sales Index,
- Preparing business reviews,
- Preparing Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customers.
Fixed- term contact for the period of deputizing matrnity / parental leave.
