Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an HR Coordinator for our site in Nové Mesto nad Váhom, working 20 hours weekly, 4 hours daily.
Responsible for recruitment and selection of candidates,
 Preparation of labour law documents,
 Responsible for Induction trainings of newcomers and process of adaptation,
 Takes active part in supporting performance, motivational and exit interviews, disciplinary interviews, supporting employees returning from maternity leave,
 Ordering and distributing meal vouchers and pay slips with cooperation of Payroll department,
 Cooperates on implementation of internal rules and procedures,
 Reporting (in line with reporting rules and guidelines),
 Communication with external institutions, agencies and providers of health, catering and transportation services,
 Training organization,
 People processes agenda,
 Responsibility for related documentation of Quality management systems,
 Follow procedures related to this positions, guidelines and directions of the employer,
 Represent DHL on the professional base in complience with the positive image of the Company,
 Responsible for taking active part in various HR projects.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

 Educated to high-school degree,
 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration,
 Basic knowledge of Labour Code - essential,
 English language – advanced,
 Knowledge of computer skills ( MS Outlook, Word, Excel) – advanced,
 Comunications skills (written and spoken),
 Customer orientation,
 Flexibility and independence,
 Presentation skills,
 Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.
