Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for all tasks associated with IMS (quality, environment, OSH, PO, BCM –Business Continuity Management), including the implementation of IMS in accordance with the standards (ISO 14001, 9001, OHSAS 18001),
- Coordinates and carries out internal audit, participates on internal and external audits and ISO standards audits, monitors deficiencies arising from internal / external audit and coordinates corrective action,
- Responsible for monthly QA reporting,
- Ensures that documents in intranet are up-to date, including the relevant IMS documents,
- Manages the "auschuss" and "repass" agenda, as well as other indicators of quality,
- Coordinates external service suppliers (OSH, PO),
- Investigates serious accidents and problem areas, suggest preventive measures for the future,
- Responsibility for budget of the assigned cost center - the power to authorize costs in the amount of budget allocated (except for IT costs) based on the approval of their subordinate,
- Actively involved in development of their team, monitors their personal and professional development,
- Coordinates and manages processes to fulfill KPI in line with business expectations,
- Active participation in creating a safe working environment (in line with the company security policy), and prevents potential accidents,
- Manages the team in line with targets,
- Plans and manages necessary resources to achieve maximum efficiency and continuous cost reduction,
- Monitors and manages the fulfillment of obligations of the service suppliers,
- Recruitment and discipline in compliance with the rules of HR.

Personality requirements and skills

- University education,
- English, German and Slovak language – fluent,
- Knowledge of the field of business / industry,
- Knowledge of quality, technique, OSH and environment management,
- Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Solving of non-standard (crisis) situations,
- Knowledge of the field of traffic and logistics (experience in the field min. 5 years),
- Min. 3 years of experience with team management,
- Driving licence, group B,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Represents DHL on a professional level in accordance with the creation of a positive image of
the company.
