Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Administration of project orders (special customer orders), registration of customer’s orders, ordering goods from internal/external suppliers, coordination of the internal suppliers order delivery term with external suppliers delivery terms, invoicing, administrative support for Project team, proactive communication with Project team, Project Manager, Business Line Manager
- Registering standard customer orders
- Ordering goods from internal suppliers
- Communication of product availability and price list information to customers
- Administration of the product delivery in system
- Active monitoring of open orders (including advising sales engineer/business line manager about delays to stipulate replacement when needed)
- Receiving and handling claims

We are looking for candidates searching for long-term employment, with SK+EN+HU language on good communication level

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Invoicing - basic
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

· Good planning and follow up skills, ability to prioritize work
