Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

· Service administration
· Administration of orders of tools
· Responsibility for invoicing and collection
· Communication of availability and list price information to the customers
· Register customer orders and service jobs in ERP system
· Order goods from external and internal suppliers
· Generate and provide customers with order acknowledgment
· Actively monitor open orders (including advising colleagues about delays)
· Receiving and handling claims
· Monitoring stock levels
· Surplus and returns handling
· Demo expeditions
· Handle internal expedition

SK+EN +HUN language on good communication level

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) or English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Hungarian - Proficiency (C2) or Polish - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Invoicing - basic
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

· Good planning and follow up skills, ability to prioritize work
· Good communication and organizing skills
