Junior Tester/ SW Test Engineer

Junior Tester:
We are offering you a position of a Junior Tester in a successful international company. At this position you will get a chance to work within the team of developers, where you will grow in ability to identify and define required tests, in evaluating the overall quality of the software and in sense for identifying defects, so they are corrected prior to the delivery to clients. We will welcome your initiative and will support and coach you by experienced testers from our testing team to let you achieve progress in your professional life. This position is suitable for a fresh graduate.

As a Junior Tester, you will be responsible for:
• Testing – Contribution, in cooperation with the team members, to ensure all software errors are identified and corrected
• Quality Assurance – Focus on aspects of work to meet customer expectations and company quality standards with guidance of Senior Software Testers
• Communication – Being a real team member, highlighting and communicating issues in right time and proactively suggesting solutions to resolve problems
• Support – Assistance with investigation, resolution and reproduction of customers software problems
• Work Organization – Effective prioritization and meeting deadlines

SW Test Engineer:
We are looking for tester with a previous testing experience (at least 3 years) who is used to collaborating closely with developers. You'll be able to look at a user story and spot the gaps that nobody has considered yet, be able to come up with ingenious and devious tests that reveal unexpected problems, and work with the developers to get them fixed. You like sharing your knowledge with peers. You're comfortable working in a self-organizing team and taking responsibility for your own work.


As a Software Test Engineer you will be responsible for:

• designing detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, preparing test data
• detecting, recording, reporting and retesting found errors
• cooperating with the developers and other team members mainly from abroad
• cooperating on maintenance, development and optimization of testing environment
• reporting incident status, overall testing status and release recommendations to Project Management and Test Lead
• verifying that all testing documentation is complete and (plans, scripts/cases, pass/fail results) has been stored in the designated location
• stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
