Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts, customer accounts and general ledger accounts in accordance with policies and procedures as assigned by specific role definition
• Bank account reconciliation in accordance with policies and procedures as assigned by specific role definition
• Clean-up of accounts
• Preparation and posting of manual journal entries into designated ERP system(s) as requested
• Adhere to monthly cutoffs and month end processing as defined by other teams within Global Business Services and division finance personnel on monthly basis.
• Maintain assigned checklists and documentation for assigned activities.
• Respond to divisional, corporate, and other Global Business Services area inquiries.
• Cross-training with personnel in other functional areas, as required.
• Other special projects as assigned
