Your daily responsibilities will be:
eCommerce Operation Analyst will be a key member of the Site Operations team that manages the day to day eCommerce site operations of Dentsplysirona.com, Dentsply Sirona Academy, Dentsply Sirona Discover driving site operational quality.  Focus on “front end” operational needs and issues inclusive of desktop and mobile operations. 

Primary Responsibilities:

· Integral member of a team of analysts responsible for the Site operations of Dentsply Sirona eCommerce platforms
· Work with the analysts on the team to develop skills for troubleshooting and problem solving. 
· Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support of Dentsply Sirona Shop, Academy and Discover. After pinpointing the area of failure, escalate issues to the IT team or other team responsible for that system.
· Meet Service Level Agreement requirements for ServiceNow tickets.
· Business representative in Engineering SWAT sessions for critical site operational incidents
· Streamlining operations to drive increased customer satisfaction and revenue
· Collaborate with Customer Service partners to resolve customer service issues
· Analysis of customer feedback via Survey Monkey
· Participate in regular reviews with Technology partners and Product Domain partners to ensure cross-functional understanding of highest severity and thematic site operational issues
· Perform site operational/content updates (e.g. in Adobe AEM) as needed to correct site issues
· Partner with Technology to ensure root cause is determined for site operational issues (with emphasis on highest severity issue types)
· Provide input from a support viewpoint during the Define phases of website enhancement projects, participate in User Acceptance Testing as well as testing and learning of the new functionality.
· Assist manager in the coordination of testing efforts for maintenance releases, which include bug fixes and small enhancements. Will require periodic weekend/evening work availability.
· Generate and analyze reporting data
· Build and maintain operation dashboards
· Regular impactful communication of progress and results relative to KPIs
· Build operational process flows and troubleshooting guides

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Operational knowledge
• Ticketing tools experience is a must
• Customer experience facing role - at least 2 years experience
• Strong communication skills in English (C1)
• Building relationships skills
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of organization
• Experience from SSC environment is a must
• Motivated self-starter and fast learner
