Master Data Administrator II - Bratislava, Slovakia, 50% US Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Establishment of suppliers/customers in different systems according to the requirements of internal clients.
• Processing of data changes in the vendor/customer accounts.
• Ensuring correct bank data based on incoming invoices.
• Actively contacting suppliers by phone/ email
• Answering issues relating to master data
• Providing control reports to internal and external auditors.
• Training and understanding of the processes related to master data records.
• Other specific projects and tasks addressed to managers.
• Performing any ad hoc requests related to the scope of the Employee’s position as stipulated by the supervisor.
• Actively contacting suppliers by phone call or email to verify the banking details


This role is for 50% US TIME (working from 13:30 - 22:00), and we pay 60% bonus after 6pm.
