Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Accounts Receivable Specialist you will take care of the Credit and Collection activities for our clients in order to maximize cash flow, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will liaise with internal and external customers to resolve any deduction related issues and continuously contribute to process improvement.

- Contact with internal and external customer on daily basis via phone or email
- Order check in timely manners
- Credit investigation and assessment
- Active communication & collection of outstanding balances
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to resolve all related business matters
- Act and recommend Legal Actions when appropriate
