Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Position will be preferably based in Bratislava/ Slovakia, Bensheim/ Germany or Mölndal/ Sweden, but we are considering candidates for any other European Dentsply Sirona location.

This position is responsible for the configuration, enhancement, support, and maintenance of the globally deployed SuccessFactors based Learning Management System (LMS)as well as supporting one or more of Dentsply Sirona’s additional talent management modules (Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Succession Management and Career Development Planning). This individual will support a global community of Dentsply Sirona employees, administrators, and business process owners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain all elements of the SuccessFactors LMS to include global configurations, security (security roles, administrators, security domain), corporate-level training (importing of content, managing assignments).
  • Act as global liason for all LMS administrators, providing ad-hoc training and support, and other issue resolution as identified.
  • Manage annual LMS upgrade process to include testing, documentation, and training development and delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training on identified HRIS talent modules, to include training manuals and job aids, delivering virtual instructor-led training sessions, and assisting users on a one-on-one basis when needed.
  • Provide analysis and analytical support to the HR Department through creation of reports, spreadsheets and data grids as requested.
  • Provide support for additional SuccessFactors talent management modules (Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Succession Management and Career Development), to include issue resolution, configuration changes, documentation, and training.


Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university with emphasis on human resources or information systems; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SAP SuccessFactors SFX or Partner Certification in Learning and one or more talent modules strongly preferred.
  • Three or more years experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning as a system administrator (manage learning entities, manage security, manage data imports including the use of connector files, etc.).
  • Three or more years providing training and support to LMS administrators in the field.
  • Three or more years in the development and delivery/creation of software training and documentation, to include end user documentation, system documentation, user acceptance testing.
  • One or more years experience with additional SuccessFactors talent management (Performance and Goals, Succession Management and Career Development Planning, Recruiting) is strongly preferred.
  • Skills developing and presenting training to a wide variety of audiences is preferred
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information System software
  • Implementation of systems on a global basis preferred
  • High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
