Job description, responsibilities and duties
Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as Finance Data Analyst.
As Corporate Finance Data Analyst, you’ll help with centralization of the budget and forecast processes to ensure data quality and consistency in the planning and reporting systems across the EMEA / LATAM regions. You’ll provide standard reporting and variance analyses to Commercial teams. Finally, you’ll support local and central finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
As Corporate Finance Data Analyst, you’ll help with centralization of the budget and forecast processes to ensure data quality and consistency in the planning and reporting systems across the EMEA / LATAM regions. You’ll provide standard reporting and variance analyses to Commercial teams. Finally, you’ll support local and central finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entry of budget and forecast data in the Oracle Hyperion Planning System to ensure consistent data quality across the regions
- Drive standardization and centralization of data management for budget and forecast processes
- Dashboard and report generation for data on sales and financial performance
- Analyze results and identify sales, cost, volume, mix and price effects
- First point of contact for management reporting systems and data quality
- Working alongside teams within the business or the management teams

Personality requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or Economics
- 2+ years of working experience in related field
- Experience in working with international Teams and cross functional departments
- Highly motivated team player
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1); any additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Deep knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, automatization of reports and databases (ERP systems, data integration, SQL, Excel etc.).
- Application knowledge of Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft AX, SAP or Anaplan is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel
