Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as Internal Controls and Compliance Specialist.
Purpose of the role:
Support SOX and Compliancy manager, in performing monthly and regular checks. Work with associates to be in line with internal procedures and support in the execution of various controls and follow up on the progress of remediation.

Support SOX and Compliancy manager, in performing monthly and regular checks. Work with associates to be in line with internal procedures and support in the execution of various controls and follow up on the progress of remediation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic pre-closing and post-closing audits and reviews.
- Maintain and respect SOX compliancy and local processes.
- Identify and report on findings and controls deficiencies.
- Coordinate and review with users closing check lists completions.
- Update and disseminate internal policies and SOP.
- Support month end and year end close processes re. Internal Controls
- Work and Provide support during Internal and External audits.
- Participate actively in various Projects in connection with his/her expertise.
- Depending on the needs of the company, the employee may be entrusted with and asked to perform other tasks related to his/her competence.
