Job description, responsibilities and duties

Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our growing team as HR Operations Manager EMEA.

The HR Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the implemention and ongoing overall management of the processes and technology. The manager will provide day-to-day supervision of the HR operations to ensure timely and appropriate handling of associate and manager HR issues and questions, including resolution of any issues that are escalated from the team. The HR Operations Manager will evaluate efficiency of processes and make recommendations on service improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and manage HR Operations processes by establishing, communicating and monitoring customer service processes.
  • Drive operational excellence according to established targets and manage day to day activities of the team.
  • Improve customer experience for services handled by HR Operations Centre.
  • Apply end to end process expertise to design and implement current, new or re-engineered processes into a Shared Services operating model.
  • Manage successful implementation of shared service delivery model
  • Design, develop and provide continuous improvement of the workflows, processes, articles, policies and archiving plan to ensure an efficient operation and a high-quality employee experience is provided. (EFM&KB)
  • Ensure archiving plan and Personnel Records are accurate, current and compliant.
  • Drive systems improvements used in the Centre: SAP, PeopleDoc, AVAYA other.
  • Build and manage the team of HR Operations Specialists, provide feedback and coaching to team members as appropriate ensuring all members have the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in meeting KPIs in a professional manner
  • Provide system trainings for all customer groups.
  • Resolve any escalated associate and manager issues.
  • Reduce unnecessary costs through the use of effective organization design that eliminates redundant processes and encourages solutions that maximize the goals and objectives for Dentsply Sirona.
  • Work collaboratively with the global HR leaders to establish consistent HR Operations processes where it is possible given local labor laws.
  • Other projects as assigned by the Director of HR Operations, EMEA.

  • Min Bachelor´s degree
  • 8+ years of experience in a Human Resource – HR-Operations/ HRIS/Proces improvements position. Strongly preferred experience successfully establishing an HR Operations center, HR Department, new processes or new systems
  • People management or leadership experience
  • Strong process orientation and experience
  • Six Sigma experience and certification would be an advantage
  • Project management skills and experience communications
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll processes
  • Excellent English Language skills
  • Willingness to travel
