Job description, responsibilities and duties
Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as a Procurement Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Support supplier onboarding activities through the workflow and request -for-supplier process
- Support data collection and input for risk program which includes several Key Performance Indicators definition, standardization and collection from the ERPs as well as other external sources
- Weekly/regular data reporting to the procurement/supply chain organization
- Administrate user accounts for all tools used by the central procurement team
- Assist data cleansing, validation and similar operations on raw data to establish the agreed “Source of Truth”. Also, work on an adhoc basis with Analyst L2 & Master Data Manager to ensure Spend Cube & Master Data Cleanliness
- Create impact indirectly on cost savings, compliance, efficiency, profitability or operations
- Assist the Analyst L2 team on contract lifecycle management implementation process
- Apply Plan-Test-Do-Review and continuous improvement philosophy across all projects

- Bachelor’s Degree / relevant certifications / equivalent level of relevant experience
- 1+ year of data management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with management, subordinates and peers.
- Certified Data Professional or similar IT certification is a plus
- Knowledgeable of data management and turning data into actionable information, data governance, supply chain principles and automation
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools
- Excellent communication and follow up skills to manage expectations, deliver timely projects and resolve roadblocks / conflicts with stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good competencies in SQL coding
- Strong numerical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams on an international basis.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
