Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Accounts Payable Specialist you will be processing of all vendor disbursements for assigned Dentsply Sirona business units, timely and accurately, with consistent, measurable compliance with the corporate policies governing Accounts Payable.
- Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests
- Process vendor payments in coordination with established Funds Forecasts
- Interact with other different internal teams for routine vendor process-related matters
- Answer vendor inquiries related to payment process
- Provide Open Trade Accounts Payable reports as of month-end for the account reconciliation

- Accounts Payable experience and knowledge is required for more senior positions - we also consider talented graduates with first financial experience for junior positions

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines and motivated self-starter
- Working knowledge of current versions of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
