PMO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced & passionate PMO Specialist, ready to join us and support the team to make a real impact on our clients’ business. Ideal candidate for this position should be innovative and technology savvy with a “can do” mindset. Banking background will be an advantage. Our Systems Delivery and Modernization delivers on large scale integration programs helping our clients to safely move thru complex implementations, hence we are looking for a person looking for new challenges and enjoying looking for solutions for non-trivial problems.

Who we are looking for:

• proven experience in PMO role and end-to-end project, program, and portfolio management activities;
• experience in using JIRA / Clarity / Confluence;
• planning and organizational skills with good knowledge of PMO framework;
• strong and effective communication skills;
• strong analytical, problem-solving skills with high attention to detail;
• project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2;
• very good written and oral skills in English and Slovak;
• capital markets (ideally Murex) background;
• experience across business areas trade lifecycle, trade processing, regulatory, reporting, collateral management, derivatives operations;
• development of Murex (or similar solution) - MX.3 Datamart, reports, batch interfaces;
• experience in administration, run and support of capital markets applications (ideally -Murex);
• knowledge of capital markets target architecture and operating model blueprints.

Your future role:

• working in projects from different industries;
• structure, organize, and synthesize information;
• tracking the project delivery against the plan;
• manage project risks;
• control project budget;
• run the change control process;
• facilitate project meetings;
• get involved in stakeholder management;
• provide support to project managers for preparing project documents and reports.

Compensation: EUR 1 800 gross per month. A higher salary may be agreed, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
