QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced & passionate QA Engineer, ready to join us and support the team to make a real impact on our clients’ business. Ideal candidate for this position should be innovative and technology savvy with a "can do" mindset. Banking background will be an advantage. Our Systems Delivery and Modernization delivers on large scale integration programs helping our clients to safely move thru complex implementations, hence we are looking for a person looking for new challenges and enjoying looking for solutions for non-trivial problems.

Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years of automated testing commercial experience;
• understanding of software development and testing lifecycle;
• practical knowledge in smoke, functional and regression testing;
• understanding of architecture blueprints and design patterns to create test scenarios;
• practical knowledge of interface/API testing;
• good knowledge of UI tools (Cucumber, Selenium);
• experience in working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban);
• excellent communication skills;
• fluent English, both spoken and written and Slovak;
• capital markets (ideally Murex) background;
• experience across business areas trade lifecycle, trade processing, regulatory, reporting, collateral management, derivatives operations;
• development of Murex (or similar solution) - MX.3 Datamart, reports, batch interfaces;
• experience in administration, run and support of capital markets applications (ideally Murex);
• knowledge of capital markets target architecture and operating model blueprints.

Your future role:

• working in projects from different industries;
• providing innovative solutions for more efficient testing strategies and test automation;
• participation in all phases of software development with emphasis on analysis of user - requirements, test design and test tools selection;
• working on the daily tasks depending on the client needs and requirements.
• participation in daily scrum meetings, agile ceremonies;
• promoting good programming and software testing practices and standards.

Compensation: EUR 1 800 gross per month. A higher salary may be agreed, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
