Our Bratislava based consulting team is looking for a Senior Consultant for Strategic Projects!

Who we are looking for:

• At least 3 years` experience in the field of strategic consulting (or similar) or in banking sector or several years of professional experience as a business analyst;
• Strong analytical skills and proactive, positive problem-solving skills, stress resistance and high self-motivation;
• Exceptional writing ability, particularly in developing short, fresh content using more simple language;
• Previous experience in managing projects;
• A customer-first approach, which focuses on building communications that engage and inspire, thinking strategically around people experience;
• Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, working with international leadership teams;
• Demonstrate a growth mindset through active ideation, seeking perspectives, and the willingness to experiment;
• University degree in field of business or technology;
• Advanced MS Office skills;
• Fluent in English is a must, German is advantageous.

Your future role:

• Work very closely together with our directors and managers on strategy and transformation projects in the European banking sector;
• Analyze clients’ internal processes and formulate findings/conclusions understandable for different levels of stakeholders;
• Lead meetings and drive communication with clients;
• Model budget for a new project following effort estimation;
• Help with complex program/projects delivery followed by our tailored frameworks and techniques;
• Support with documentation preparation (legal documentation, proposals, reports).
