Junior Associate (f/m) – M&A Advisory

Who we're looking for:

Deloitte's Transaction Advisory practice provides financial advisory services to both Slovak and international clients, including sell-side and buy-side advisory, business valuation, capital raising and corporate finance advisory. If you are interested in the world of M&A, investments and private equity, let us know!

Requirements:

• University education (Master's degree in Business/Economics/Finance), students in the final years of their studies may apply as well;
• Very good command of English (spoken and written);
• Very good PC skills (MS Excel);
• Strong team orientation and high energy level;

Personal profile:

• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and committed to meet tight deadlines;
• Motivated by self-education;
• Proactive and reliable.

Your future role:

• Participate in the entire process of acquisition or divestment of a company
• Prepare M&A process related documents (teaser, information memorandum, fact book etc.)
• Analyze sectors and identify potential investors
• Perform financial statements analysis: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
• Prepare financial models for different purposes (valuation, capital raising, debt capacity)
• Take part in meetings with clients, managements of target companies and investors
