Data Analyst (Senior Consultant)

It could be you if you have the following background and skills:

Technical skills

• 3+ years of data analytics experience;
• Ability to understand, document and analyse business processes and create process flow diagrams;
• Familiarity with SQL and at least one scripting language, ideally Python or VBA;
• Interest in RPA technologies and implementations;
• Ability to quickly learn new advanced analytical techniques;
• Experience in manipulating data from ERP systems;
• Ability to contribute to digital transformation and digital strategy projects;

Leadership skills

• Expertise in finding analytical solutions for clients’ businesses undergoing transformation;
• Ability to work across teams and countries to solve problems;
• Focus on training and development of junior team members;
• Ability to think strategically (options available, pros/cons, different options);
• Broad advisory skillsets (assisting client explore issues/opportunities).

Your future role:

• Work on interesting projects in data analytics, HR and finance in banking, insurance, manufacturing, energy and other sectors;
• Process optimisation, M&A analyses and new business development;
• Meetings with clients ranging from key market players to family businesses;
• Preparation of analyses and documents using data obtained from clients, surveys or internal statistics;
• Support for the preparation of strategic documents and processes for clients;
• Cooperation with local and international teams;
• Participation in the preparation of proposals for clients;
• Striving to develop consulting-related skills and business acumen;
• Demonstrating professional curiosity and self-initiative when performing tasks.
