We are searching for an Assistant with high motivation to gain experience in marketing department. We offer an excellent opportunity for professional and personal development and opportunity to gain experience in marketing and communications from international company.

Requirements:
• University degree;
• 1+ years’ experience in marketing and related activities;
• Experience from an event agency is an advantage;
• Strong English skills (written and spoken)
• High customer service ethics and quality standards;
• PC Proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and web searches).
Personal Profile:
• Good communication skills and positive attitude;
• Creative and open-minded;
• Self-motivated and proactive;
• Reliable, detailed oriented;
• Able to manage multiple projects;
• Demonstrable project ownership skills.
Your future role:
• Event support: helping with organizing external and internal events, and, of course, enjoying the most interesting part - attending the events, if you are willing to;
• General marketing & communication support: communication with colleagues from various departments, collecting and analyzing data as well as assisting in regional projects, support internal communication through various channels (web, intranet, plazma);
• Corporate social responsibility and well-being activities: organizing and promoting CSR campaigns around our office;
• Administrative work: work with internal systems, administration of the corporate CRM system, actualization of the website;
• Idea sharing: we will be more than happy to hear your ideas in any area of marketing disciplines and what is more, support you in the idea realization.
