HR Project Manager (maternity cover)

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for HR Project Manager for our Central European (CE) Talent Team. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional/generalist/consultant who is interested in project management and wishes to gain experience at an international level, build a cross-border network, and develop a significant understanding of the regional organisation.


HR Project Manager should have:
•4+ years of HR experience in a generalist/consultant/HR Business Partner role
•University degree, preferably in management/economics
•Project management skills
•Analytical thinking
•Focus on detail and results
•Responsiveness and team spirit
•Strong communication skills, including in English
•Ability to manage risks
•Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and often virtual environment for effective outcomes
•Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Your future role:
•Project management and central coordination of assigned Talent projects and activities for Deloitte CE in various HR areas
•Assistance in development and implementation of the CE Talent Strategy
•Close cooperation with IT and technology teams as well as local HR leaders and team members
•Support or project management of the implementation and activation of Deloitte Global Talent initiatives at the regional level
•Design and implementation of communication plans, creation of promotional materials
