What you’ll achieve

Successful candidate will work closely with Dell’s global business teams. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and/or developing custom solutions (e.g. Excel/Access VBA, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Power BI, Data Science tools). Candidate will communicate and work closely with large cross-functional teams throughout the world. Tasks and responsibilities for Global Offer Product Operations Interns are project based.  As an organization that is central to everything Dell does, these projects could take many forms, but all are critical to the business.

You will:

• Extract, transform and report on large data sets for further analysis

• Identify and document business requirements, process flows, system flows, etc. & automation activities that streamline processes, then driving those improvements with our IT and/or Robotics Process teams

• Analysis and improvements for how Dell positions Software & Peripheral products are positioned online

• Improving the go to market strategy of Dell’s offers, including how they are structured and presented to our internal sales teams and to our customers

• Drive product complexity reductions that simplify activities for our supply chain partners.

Essential Requirements

• Daily student of Slovak University studying (preferably applied mathematics, informatics, data science and/or finance)

• Fluent English & good communication skills, ability to explain complex analyses in a simple way

• Able to work well in collaborative teams and fast paced environment & Ability and willingness to quickly learn new IT systems

• Detail oriented, technical skills, analytical skills and the ability to manage and manipulate data

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, basics in databases and programming is a plus

Desirable Requirements :

• Knowledge of Power Bi, DAX, SQL Python or other programming languages (not required but welcome)

• Data science & advance analytics skills

Hourly pay: 6.60 EUR Gross
