We answer questions about the installation, operation, configuration, customization and use of Dell Technologies products. For critical matters, we use our systems to provide remote diagnostic technical support. If there’s an issue with a customer’s product, we’ll analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Technical Support Technician, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
 

You will:
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems for customers upon payment (out-of-warranty service)

• Identify problems, investigate causes and recommend the right course of actions
• Partner closely with customers while communicating proactively regarding overall progress of queries and next steps
• Exhibit first-class customer service
• Drive operational excellence through quality closures and efficient management of issues

Essential Requirements
• Ultimate communication and customer service skills

• Basic Technical & trouble-shooting skills
• Customer oriented approach, phone etiquette and work ethic
• Fluent Polish AND English

• Willingness to learn

• Strong problem-solving skills using operational and diagnostic procedures

• Adaptable and open minded

Salary starting from: 1 350 EUR monthly gross, depending on relevant experience and language proficiency
