What you’ll achieve

As a Retail Planning Manager, you will be responsible for driving Collaboration, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) by leveraging analytics and working closely with the retail account, regional supply planning, sales, and logistics teams.

You will:

• Manage demand plan to prevent excess lead times as well as shortage/excess inventory levels.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with business objectives.
• Analyze gaps to plan and evaluate impact to targets and build a weekly sku level demand plan to cover the chosen Retailer partner.
• Monitor, analyse the customer inventory and sales data and leverage that information to make informed decisions and commitments.
• Manage product demand plan throughout entire product and customer lifecycle. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Product teams & Supply Chain teams

Essential Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and 6 years’ relevant experience (Channel, Marketing) or Graduate degree and 6 year’s relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Regional Retail PC market
• Experience with developing and implementing planning strategies and support plans
• Experience with managing complex issues and resolutions
• Fluent in English and German

Desirable Requirements

• Working knowledge of a planning environment with proven ability to collaborate
• Knowledge of CPFR process with special focus on forecasting

Salary starting from: 3000 EUR gross monthly
