STEM Aspire is a mentorship program connecting women who are in 2nd or 4th year of studying STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) to women role-models within Dell Technologies.

Our objective is to encourage and empower women studying technology to graduate and to have successful and rewarding careers in the technology sector. ​ 

You will:

• have the opportunity to have 1x1 session with mentors from our team guiding your career in tech,

• attend team activities where you are going to meet new colleagues and exchange experiences,

• Opportunity to meet and network with successful women in Dell Technologies as well as other inspiring students,

Do I qualify? 

As a woman studying a STEM course in 2nd or 4th year of study, you would qualify for the program and we would be happy to receive your application.
