Principal Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll achieve

The models that we build are essential ingredients to supply our internal customers & sales with relevant product recommendations and creative breakthroughs to our business.

As a Principal ML Engineer, you will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. Partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines. You will take debate of what can be launched and when - introduce mathematical formula for green or red lighting launches.

You will:

• Perform end-to-end steps involved in deployment & maintenance of AI & ML models at scale.

• Utilize a range of applicable technologies across the entire Model Lifecycle (e.g., data science packages, programming languages, statistical and machine learning techniques, distributed computing, CI/CD).

• Adheres to security practice to protect underlying data assets for models.

• Participates in product development in all stages from planning and design to development, testing and documentation of AI & ML solutions. Influence decisions, lead discussions and present information to business leaders and stakeholder.

• Generates technical documentation as well as unit and functional tests.

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of proven machine learning experience including developing and maintenance of models and consulting business

• Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent professional experience - Master’s degree in IT, mathematics or statistics

• Knowledge of data science programming languages such as Python, R and modern Data Science toolsets

• Demonstrated Experience writing and maintaining high quality code as well as documentation

Salary starting from: 3 600 EUR gross monthly
