What you’ll achieve
As a VDI Engineer, you will discover and evaluate data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve capacity forecasting and planning on VDI underlying infrastructure. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization

You will:

• Engage with team members on the processes and technologies

• Determine future VDI capacity requirements and needs aligned to the capacity planning strategy

• Implement a reporting strategy and develop solutions for difficult problems

• Work to ensure metrics’ definitions are consistent globally

• Deliver results that change business behavior and improve their capability

Essential Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience in an IT professional role

• Ability to collaborate and work in a geographically dispersed team

• Technical understanding of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Servers, VMware and related monitoring tools

• Analytical skills, extremely good technical aptitude and analysis skills

• Sound knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of IT infrastructure capacity planning

Desirable Requirements

• Basic SQL experience and/or Basic Business intelligence tools experience (Power BI, Tableau)

• Coding experience (Python, R, C#, etc.)

Salary starting from: 2 325 EUR gross monthly
