IT Graduate Program - Strategic Infrastructure Management Services

Dell Digital is responsible for Dell Technologies’ digital transformation and running Dell.com’s backbone and infrastructure. This means ensuring that the performance, reliability, security and ingenuity of Dell Technologies’ IT customer-first platforms are in strategic alignment with our operations and team member experiences.

What kind of roles are available and what will you do?
IT Facilities Project Management
PM role managing a portion of the EMEA portfolio
Telecom Payables
Coordinate with telecom vendors for invoice delivery
Download invoices from vendor portals on regular basis
Submit monthly invoices for the payment
Generates invoice batch files and uploads for approval and payments
Maintain payment inventory tracker to ensure all existing services are paid on time

Circuit Infrastructure Management:
Service Delivery Management
Manage quote process, service delivery, to service turn up and achieve customer commitment dates.
Conduct Market and project-based meetings in support of weekly updates, tracking, and forecasting.
Efficient and productive use of any and all tools; i.e. Tangoe, Service Now, MS Project, Excel, MS Visio, etc. and work with external tracking mechanism (xRM)
Customer Interface & Coordination
Conduct trend analysis of projects to identify road blocks and areas of opportunity for improvement.

Essential Requirements:
Graduation in 2021 or 2022 in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and MS Project proficiency
Relationship management - ability to develop and maintain productive stakeholder relationships
Presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communications skills
Fluent English
Detail oriented
Pro-activity

Desirable Requirements:
IT Facilities Project Management
Previous project management experience and able to manage several concurrent projects
Telecom Payables
Experience with invoicing and accounting
Solid understanding of business finance concepts
Circuit Infrastructure Management:
Customer Interface experience

What does IT Development Program look like?
The IT Development Program (ITDP) is a 2-year graduate program for all university undergrad full-time hires starting in Dell Digital. While in the program, participants are provided with professional development, networking, team building and learning events. Our priority is to build a community for the ITDP participants and to integrate them into the Dell Technologies family.
ITDP participants also partake in role rotations during their time in the program. Each participant will have the opportunity to complete two 1-year rotations before being placed in a third role upon graduation from the program. Participants are matched to roles based on their skillsets, locations and internal interviews they will have with managers during the extended onboarding process after they start. They will have a say in their career journey and the teams they ultimately match to.
