IT Graduate Program - Infrastructure Capacity Planning Analyst

Join us as an IT Infrastructure Capacity Planning Analyst Graduate on our Capacity Planning team in Slovakia to start the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
As an IT Infrastructure Capacity Planning Analyst Graduate you will employ global enterprise infrastructure related data and modelling techniques to produce meaningful insights and metrics. You will learn to identify trends that impact infrastructure forecasting and planning. You will also gain insights to best practices and knowledge shared within the capacity planning organization.

You will:
Leverage existing monitoring tools to document anomalies and identify areas of improvement to automate the global capacity dashboards
Perform global ordering system efforts for Capacity Planning team
Monitor compliance dashboards, prepare reports, and ensure compliance

What does IT Development Program look like?
The IT Development Program (ITDP) is a 2-year graduate program for all university undergrad full-time hires starting in Dell Digital. While in the program, participants are provided with professional development, networking, team building and learning events. Our priority is to build a community for the ITDP participants and to integrate them into the Dell Technologies family.

ITDP participants also partake in role rotations during their time in the program. Each participant will have the opportunity to complete two 1-year rotations before being placed in a third role upon graduation from the program. Participants are matched to roles based on their skillsets, locations and internal interviews they will have with managers during the extended onboarding process after they start. They will have a say in their career journey and the teams they ultimately match to.

Requirements:
Graduation in 2021 or 2022 in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
1+ years of experience in data analytics
Good understanding of data science, business intelligence practices and techniques
Desire for a professional role in IT Infrastructure
Basics experience with Python (or object coding language) and SQL
Basics experience with visualization tools Power BI and Tableau.
Good English communication

Start date: August 2022

Salary starting from: 1500 EUR gross/month
