IT Graduate Program - Business Intelligence Analyst/Data Engineering

What you’ll achieve
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced analytical solutions for our internal customers. You will work with our Data Engineering and Business Intelligence professionals to solve some of the most challenging business problems and can see your analysis having a direct impact on business decisions.

You will:
Analyse complex business problems, identify issues, and solve them using data to facilitate informed decision making.
Build ETL workflows and efficient data engineering pipelines to gather data from multiple sources and ensure availability of clean data feeds for the analysis.
Design and create reports and data visualization dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to support business requirements and help customers track their key metrics.
Run ad-hoc analysis to answer specific day to day queries.
Perform detailed root cause analysis to answer business questions.

What does IT Development Program look like?
The IT Development Program (ITDP) is a 2-year graduate program for all university undergrad full-time hires starting in Dell Digital. While in the program, participants are provided with professional development, networking, team building and learning events. Our priority is to build a community for the ITDP participants and to integrate them into the Dell Technologies family.
ITDP participants also partake in role rotations during their time in the program. Each participant will have the opportunity to complete two 1-year rotations before being placed in a third role upon graduation from the program. Participants are matched to roles based on their skillsets, locations and internal interviews they will have with managers during the extended onboarding process after they start. They will have a say in their career journey and the teams they ultimately match to.

Requirements:
Graduation in 2021 or 2022 in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
1+ years of experience in data analytics
Basics experience with Python and SQL
Basics experience with visualisation tools Power BI and Tableau.
Sharp analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
Passion for data
Ability to work within a global team
Good English communication

Start date: August 2022

Salary starting from: 1500 EUR gross/month
