Join us as a Planning & Strategy Consultant in our Consumer Business Unit, based in Bratislava to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

This role will plan the assortment and go to market strategy for the Consumer Client business.  This role will work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Demand Planning and Product Group to align a solid 4P plan that achieves Dell financial growth and P&L targets.

You will:

·Develop and champion assortment vision and strategy, product roadmap and launches in support of corporate goals and objectives

·Own development of offers that are relevant to the target audience.

·Drive the top and bottom line and optimizes all aspects of the portfolio P&L by delivering smart assortment, managing in-stocks, driving continual channel improvements and delivering the best Customer experience.

·Use market research, Customer feedback and usage insights to inform assortment decisions and enhancements.

·Apply deep understanding of Customers’ needs, the product and the competitive landscape.

·Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum relevant Bachelor’s degree + 8 years industry experience or a relevant Master’s degree with +6 years of experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the PC market and experience in P&L management, retail, cross-functional project management, and forecasting.
• Ability to develop complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers.
• Must leverage experience, innovation and judgment to make decisions that may be based on partial information while considering Dell-wide implications of decisions and recommendations.
• Ability to influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals.
• Requires demonstrated experience in marketing, analytics, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary starting from: 4400 EUR gross monthly
