What you’ll achieve

The Order Frictionless team is responsible for ensuring eCommerce orders flow through our IT systems without human touch. To enable higher levels of order frictionless, it requires working cross-functionally with both our B2C and B2B stakeholders, our IT/digital partners, and our product data, pricing and customer data owners across Dell Technologies.

You will:

• Drive the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives

• Ensure consistency and adherence to Dell standards, processes, and policies for all projects

• Manage the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues

• Plan and execute project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members

• Coordinate with interlock teams(engineering) for IT solution implementation and perform user acceptance and regression testing

• Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams.

• MS SharePoint

• MS Excel

• 3-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Salary starting from: 1650€/monthly gross
