Key Responsibilities
As a Compliance and Claiming Advisor, you will be responsible for Compliance and Claiming operations. You will work with multiple business stakeholders, such as Field Marketing, Budget planners, Vendor Funding Finance team and, Alliances and Partner Management team.
You will:
- Work closely with partner marketing planners and partner managers to be in sync on partner funded quarterly plans. Partner with the marketing teams to help achieve Dell’s claiming targets.
- Be subject matter expert on Intel partner program terms and conditions and be main point of contact for all compliance and claiming questions and issues.
- Align regularly with agencies and Dell finance to ensure all available funding is claimed and deadlines are met and manage the integrity of all data input into the different compliance and claiming tools and resolve issues to support finance as necessary. Manage month/quarter end processes and ensure financial deliverables are strictly adhered to in a timely fashion.
- Create Vendor Funding quarterly Checklist for OPEX compliance and coordinate the collection, verification, archival and submission of all proof of execution and proof of spend required for the claims
- Coordinate the collection of all POP required to submit claims to partners and drive process improvements to facilitate efficient end-to-end approval and claiming processes. Drive process improvements, regional initiatives/projects and support global projects (transform the business).
Essential Requirements:
- Time Management: Planning and organizational skills with the ability to work to aggressive deadlines
- Problem Solving: Requires ability to solve complex problems in a short time and deal with multiple issues simultaneously. Must have excellent attention to detail, a key requirement for claiming activities
- Excellent communication skills and good project management skills
- Business acumen skills and comfortable with excel

- Quick learner and ability to make decisions with minimal information and dealing with ambiguity
