What you’ll achieve

As a Privacy Analyst, you will be part of the Global Dell Privacy Center of Excellence. The PrivacySenior Analystmanage privacy requests and investigations from customers from all over the world. 

You will:

• Manage suppression mailbox and process opt out and suppression requests received on daily basis

• Review customer requests and perform suppressions in Preference Management Center (PMC) tool

• Identify complaints,open investigationsand perform first level of investigations

• Identify trends and provide recommendations on improving customer experience

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Essential Requirements 

• Strong interest in privacy laws and regulation

• Good analytical and organizationalskillswithattention to details​

• Experience writing/running SQL queries

• Knowledge of MS Office especially advanced MS Excel 

• Good communication skills

Desirable Requirements 

• Experience with Project management

Salary starting from: 1 350 EUR gross monthly
