Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve

The EMEA Consumer and Small Business CRM Campaign Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting contact strategy execution, implementation of campaign execution plans, creating and maintaining the testing roadmap, vendor management, and measurement of results for campaigns across Direct Mail, Catalog, Email, Outbound Telemarketing, and Digital.

You will:

• Work with Contact Strategy team to support CRM campaign list execution and analysis for Small Business and Consumer direct mail, email, and lifecycle management campaigns.

• Work with internal teams to oversee campaign execution following the contact strategy roadmap.

• Documenting and managing all campaign execution workflows; KPI measurement reporting and analysis on all executed campaigns.

• Make recommendations based on quantitative information to optimize campaign workflows and marketing spend.

• Ability to work on cross-functional teams to ensure full implementation and success of proposed contact strategy and campaigns; Own the testing roadmap and all maintenance of Consumer, Small Business, and LCM direct mail roadmaps.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Admin/Related Field plus 2-3 years marketing experience, particularly in an operational role

• Strong attention to detail with QC experience; Ability to manage many projects at one time

• Financial/ROI/ROAS analysis and reporting; Marketing campaign process management and optimization experience

• Workflow optimization experience; Basic data management experience

• Exposure to any of the following: developing CRM/contact strategy, campaign optimization, leveraging predictive analytics for targeting and segmentation of campaigns is a plus.

Desirable Requirements

• Core knowledge of direct marketing principles (segmentation, lifecycle management, etc.); Prior experience analyzing marketing campaigns and conducting ROI analysis, especially for direct mail or email campaigns.

• A/B Testing fundamentals; Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, advance formulas, etc.).

Salary starting from: 1 950 EUR gross monthly
