The S&P Operations Planning Team has a focus on using Data Analysis to provide insightful predictive measures for our Leadership team.  As a member of this team team you will have an opportunity to support Dell’s transformation strategy, develop your career, and partner with a diverse team with a Global footprint and responsibility.

You will

• Collaborate on relationships with the various key supply chain partner teams Globally such as Planning, Procurement and Logistics

• Participate In and develop towards owning the EMEA Planned Book/Ship Process (PBS); Use the PBS Process & Leverage the Various Partner teams to ensure alignment with the Numbers and Methodology used in client LAH process

• Influence alignment on Inbound supply with the IB procurement, RSCP & utilize in PBS; Monitor Inbound supply and highlight challenges in advance with management on decommits or extended lead time impacts

• Integrate Planning team into regional Displays & Docks UPP process; Evaluate our teams Data Usage Model and capability requirements – Evolve our current Process as required

• Develop relationships with internal business partners and help drive mainstreaming efforts with the Dell branded business; Represent S&P Ops @ EMEA UPP forums; Host weekly forums with Global Ops/COC & PG as required to improve accuracy of process

Essential Requirements

• Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree. Supply Chain, Planning or related operations work experience essential.

• Proven Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information. Ability to manage diverse range of issues requiring evaluation.

• Takes initiative to resolve issues; is resourceful, action-oriented, and strives for solutions with an end to end perspective in mind

• Ability to effectively develop and nurture working relationships with all relevant stakeholders and customers.

• Presentation and communications skills a must.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge of the Dell Global Operations planning process a distinct advantage.

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with Data Visualization Tool Experience (Tableau, PowerBI) a key advantage.

Salary starting from: 2500 EUR gross monthly
