Business Development Consultant EMEA Marketing Enablement

What you’ll achieve

Reporting into to the EMEA Marketing Operations organization, the role is to drive Business Intelligence analysis and actionable insights to allow fact-based decision making. You will work closely with the stakeholders in the Regions to ensure adoption of agreed KPI, measurement methodologies and tools.

The role is heavily orientated towards attention to detail working cross functional covering marketing, sales operations, finance, sales, and other areas of the business.

You will:

• Provide Business Intelligence Analysis on Marketing KPI (Pipeline, Buyer Base, Marketing Engagement) in EMEA to identify sales opportunities and to support strategic initiatives as a business partner of the local leadership team.

• Extract and interrogate information from available data sources to reveal trends & behaviors to enhance understanding and fact-based decision making

• Ownership of at least one marketing initiative on EMEA level. Work as interlock with the global marketing team to secure timeliness and accuracy of the data delivery. Define the standard review format and cadence within the region.

• Provide business analysis support for OPS reviews and SMT reviews

• Liaise with colleagues in EMEA to ensure sharing of best practices

Essential Requirements

• Candidate must have minimum 5 years (preferably 10 years ) experience in an analytical role ideally with broader marketing business acumen, possess strong analytical skills (Ability to convert data to insights, Strong logical and process building skills, Good at driving issues to a conclusion

• Candidate must bring a strong business acumen and be able to work effectively with senior management.

• Candidate must possess strong technical skills (Advanced MS Excel, MS Power BI, MS SQL Server) and be capable to work on analytics end to end from extracting data from databases, analyzing & visualizing the data to delivering executive insights

• First rate interpersonal skills within working in remote environment. Ability to work as part of a diverse cross functional Team across segments and geographies

• Comfortable to present directly to large audiences & executives

Desirable Requirements

• An educational background in statistics and data modelling would be a definite asset
