What you’ll achieve

As aService Catalog Analyst,you will be responsiblefor Analyzing the Service Catalog to identify improvements and efficiencies for our Customers, and you will be responsible for collaborating with Product Teams to ensure there is consistent information available in the Catalog for our Customers.You will work with Customers/Product Owners/Product Teams on Requests for IT Infrastructure across Dell Digital.


You will:

  • Collaborate with internal team members , Product Owners and Product teams to design and build a consistent , comprehensive Service Catalog.

  • Develop documentation/templates for to ensure our Customers have a consistent User experience within the Service Catalog

  • Maintain a backlog of Service Catalog Demands/ requests

  • Create awareness of Service Catalog , Request Mgmt. procedures, working with team members to ensure methods /procedures are approved and communicated to Product teams prior to any implementation

  • Ensure best practices are implemented, with a focus on optimized procedures that enables a streamlined Service Catalog and Service requests, including leveraging automated processes and integrations with other systems

Essential Requirements

  • Customer and outcome focused: Customer Service Mindset

  • Good research & analysis skills, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work in diverse, virtual and global teams in multiple time zones

  • Experience with Scrum/Kanban/Agile development methodology

  • Hands-on experience with industry standard ITSM system tools, preferably within the ServiceNow environment and Reporting analytics


Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with Cloud Technology Solutions and Product Model

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems

Salary starting from: 1280 EUR gross/month
