What you’ll achieve
As a Merchandising Promotions Manager, you will define and execute the plan to support multiple product lines, utilizing market analysis to craft assortment and promotions strategy. You will drive the top and bottom line, optimizing all aspects of the promotional and communication strategy, implementing continual improvements and delivering the best customer experience. We are looking for a proactive professional with customer-first approach.

You will:

• Be responsible to design EMEA Server Promotional and Communication plan, targeting to generate demand across all routes to market (Distribution, Channel, Direct) and all sub-regions across EMEA
• Apply the right combination of marketing levers (Product, Price, Positioning and Promotion) to drive units, revenue and profitability targets 
• Drive Merchandising quarterly business and budget planning aligned to company priorities
• Constantly monitor actual performance and will be expected come with actions to meet and over-achieve the plan
• Define marketing collaterals and communication packages for internal, as well as external audience (Distributors); Lead implementation of all promotional and communication activities

Essential Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of related experience as a technology merchandising specialist

• A deep understanding of customer needs, the products and the external landscape

• An innovative and creative spirit, to enjoy the considerable diversity of the role

• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written and the ability to maximize relationships, positively influencing all colleagues and partners.

Desirable Requirements

• Master’s / MBA degree

• Previous Product Marketing experience
