EMEA Server Merchandising distribution lead

Join us as a Merchandising distribution lead on our EMEA Server Merchandising team in Bratislava to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

You will:

• Define, lead and execute transactional Server Distribution strategy, (Stock and Sell and B2B) to grow share across all EMEA; create regional SnS plan / targets: regional growth plans meeting company priorities for share growth and profitability

• Create quarterly tactical plans: sell in, sell out and inventory (Weeks of Stock) on regional and sub-regional level; create and maintain BMS and reporting – weekly report on sell in, sell out and WOS by region, monthly report on SnS market, growth projections to gain market share, corrective actions to achieve AOP

• Define promo plan by country (tactical and quarterly) to maximize sell-out, weekly approve tactical promotions and aging, avoid grey market; regular interlock with Channel sales & leadership – alignment on plan,BMS, quarterly sign offs

• Regular interlocks with large distributors – TechData/Ingram, coordination with central management; stock planning by configuration to ensure material planning and avoid shortages or stock excess

• PowerQuote tool enablement – tool management, data feed, enablement with distributors, tool improvements; alignment with marketing on demand gen activities

Essential Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of related experience in merchandising / marketing / sales roles

• Understanding of channel dynamics

• Strategic and analytical thinking, basic financial understanding

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maximize relationships, positively influencing all colleagues and partners

• Fluent English

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
